Taking place at Olympia London for its 15th year, the 2025 Show has a wide variety of stand spaces available so you can make sure that both the size and the budget is right for you. Depending on the type of organisation you are and your area of expertise, our stand rates vary.

Exhibition space is sold by the square metre, the smallest stand is 4m² (excluding IVF clinics and egg banks). Stand prices include the cost of exhibiting for both days as well as walls and name board.

  • IVF Clinics & Egg Banks

    Clinics must take a minimum stand size of 12 sqm which is charged at £475 + VAT per sqm, so the minimum price for a stand is £5700 + VAT.

  • Non-IVF organisations

    Non-IVF organisations receive a 40% discount on their first 4 sqm. So for the first 4 sqm, the price is £299 + VAT per sqm rising to £475 + VAT for the remainder. Stand sizes start from 4 sqm.

  • Registered Charities

    For registered charities not participating in IVF, the price is £190 + VAT per sqm for their first 4 sqm rising to £475 + VAT for the remainder.
