10am: Self-Care Techniques For a Positive Mindset with Lina Chan
Start your day in the best way, with this empowering workshop that uses mindfulness and affirmations to help you shift your mindset and focus on the positive possibilities ahead of you.
11am: Nurturing a Loving Relationship with Your Partner - a Communication Workshop Lina Chan and Tyler Christie
A fertility journey can put a strain on your relationship, but it’s important to find ways to reconnect and feel like a team! This workshop will give you the space and techniques to share your feelings and communicate with love and compassion.
12pm: Navigating Adoption Workshop with Not A Fictional Mum
Adoption can be a wonderful way to build a family - but it isn’t without it’s challenges and complex emotions. This workshop will combine short journaling exercises with a supportive sharing circle to help you identify and work through those feelings and feel positive about the next stage of your journey!
2pm: Grief After Pregnancy Loss Workshop with Lina Chan and Sophie Martin aka The Infertile Midwife
We know the grief of pregnancy loss is deep and complicated - and can have a lasting impact on your fertility journey. This session will help you connect to your feelings and work through them with support from our experts and people who understand what you’re going through.
3pm: Fuelling Your Fertility Through Food Workshop with Le’Nise Brothers
Nutrition can be a powerful tool in improving the quality of both eggs and sperm and preparing your body for pregnancy. This practical workshop will fill you up with knowledge (and nutrients) as you learn how to incorporate some key nutrients and supplements in your day-to-day.
4pm: Grounding Yin Yoga and
Breathwork Workshop Le’Nise Brothers
Unwind after a busy day with some gentle movement (no active wear required!) and breathwork practices to help you get out of your head and into your body and leave the show feeling calm and confident.

This workshop aims to help you find your inner strength, build resilience and create your own ‘life raft’ of techniques and tools that you can use when times get tough.
12.30pm: Navigating Donor Conception Workshop with Shaun Greenaway and Tia Brown
Donor conception can be life-changing - but we know there is a grief to letting go of the dream of biological children and complex concerns about the journey. This workshop will combine short journaling exercises with a supportive sharing circle to help you identify and work through those emotions and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

3pm: Setting Boundaries and Communicating With Loved Ones Workshop with Julia Bueno and Lina Chan
Protecting your mental well-being is essential on your road to parenthood, but there are many triggers - from baby showers to family gatherings - that can cause heartache. This workshop will help you find the confidence and communication skills to set those all-important boundaries.
4pm: Grounding Yin and Reflexology Workshop with Laura Wilkes and Katy Ewen
Unwind after a busy day with some gentle movement (no active wear required!) and breathwork practices to help you get out of your head and into your body and leave the show feeling calm and confident. You’ll also learn about stress-relieving pressure points so you can give yourself (or your partner!) some reflexology when you get home.
