    With Lina Chan and Tyler Christie

    A fertility journey can put a huge amount of pressure on your romantic relationship and this can impact the mental wellbeing of both you and your partner. Join Lina Chan and Tyler Christie - a couple who know exactly what it’s like to face a tough road to parenthood - as they teach you the exercises and tools which helped them stay connected, communicate effectively and nurture their love through their fertility struggles.

  • 12pm: Supporting Your Mental Health On Your Fertility Journey

    With Vanessa Haye and Alice Rose

    90% of people struggling with fertility also struggle with their mental health, so if that’s you, you are not alone. In this session show ambassadors Vanessa Haye and Alice Rose will share how infertility impacted their mental wellbeing and hold space for you to share too. They will also draw from Alice’s renowned Life Raft coaching framework to teach you how to navigate the tough days and support your mental health, whatever your fertility journey throws at you.

  • 2pm: Navigating Male Factor Fertility Issues


    With Ciaran Hannington and Ian Stones

    Male factor fertility issues come with a whole host of complex emotions - and men aren’t always given the space to talk about them. Join co-host of The Male Fertility Podcast Ciaran Hannington and Test Him Director Ian Stones as they share their experience and give you the chance to ask their advice. From managing your emotions and maintaining your identity to improving sperm health through diet and lifestyle - no question is off the table.

  • 3pm: Fueling Your Fertility Through Food


    With Sandra Greenbank

    When it comes to fertility you are what you eat - and your approach to nutrition can impact your mental health as well as your physical. This session, hosted by renowned fertility nutritionist Sandra Greenbank, will break down the most important principles of fertility nutrition, give you the chance to ask questions and will leave you with a newfound confidence about fueling your fertility through food (as well as lots of tasty recipe ideas).

    Baby loss is a heartbreaking experience to go through - no matter what stage of pregnancy you are at. This heartbreak comes with a bunch of complex emotions that can have a huge impact on your mental wellbeing. Join Lina Chan and Zoe-Clark-Coates, founder of Saying Goodbye, for this supportive and interactive session which will help you explore those emotions and remind you of the importance of being kind to yourself whilst navigating pregnancy loss.

  • 2pm: Calming Fears Around Donor Conception

    With Kreena Dhiman and Hayley King

    Donor conception is a wonderful way to grow your family but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t come with questions, concerns and, sometimes, fear. Join the incredible Kreena Dhiman (mum of four through surrogacy and donor conception) and Hayley King (both a donor-conceived adult and mum to sperm donor-conceived twins) as they share the joy that can be found through this process and answer any questions you have, so you can feel confident this is the right path for you.

    With Melanie Brown

    We know that nutrition plays a huge role in our fertility, our mental wellbeing and our resilience - but meal planning can sometimes feel overwhelming. This session, hosted by leading fertility nutritionist Mel Brown, will teach you the essential foundation blocks of fertility nutrition, inspire you with recipe ideas that will fit into your lifestyle, and allow you to ask your burning questions about all things male and female fertility nutrition.
