    Dr. Laura García de Miguel has worked in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics since 2008. She is the Medical Director of Clínica Tambre in Madrid, Spain. Dr. García de Miguel has extensive experience in IVF and provides a highly personalized approach to each and every one of her patients, offering tailored treatments to meet their specific needs. Dr. García de Miguel specializes in treating patients who have had previous IVF failures or who respond poorly to hormonal or IVF treatment; she speaks fluent Spanish, English, and French and treats patients from all over the world.

  • James Nicopoullos

    James Nicopoullos, Clinical Director at the Lister Fertility Clinic, is a Consultant Gynaecologist & Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery. He has a wide range of experience with IVF and subfertility but also welcomes those patients that suffer from reoccurring miscarriages, menstrual disorders or those approaching or going through menopause. James is a talented physician and an accredited laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeon, offering clients a one-stop shop for diagnosis and treatment.

  • Dr. Katharina Spies

    Born in Germany (Munich), Katharina studied medicine at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, with two years of exchange at the Complutense University of Madrid. She completed her doctoral thesis on "Relationship of genetic factors and motor learning", and since 2017 she is dedicated to Reproductive Medicine, being now Medical Director of Vida Fertility Madrid. She is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish and specialised in remote fertility treatments and complex cases with international patients. She understands perfectly their struggle undergoing a medical treatment abroad and her aim is to find the right diagnosis and create the right plan for each patient so they can become parents as soon as possible without any additional stress.

  • Dr. Alison Campbell

    As Chief Scientific Officer, Alison heads up the embryology teams across Care Fertility Group in the UK, Spain, US and Ireland. She drives best practice and leads research and development across all Care clinics. Alison is an experienced clinical embryologist, a member of Alpha executive board and a Diplomate of the Royal College of Pathologists. Alison was responsible for the first clinical application of time-lapse microscopy in the UK and now has developed an artificial intelligence embryo selection model.

  • Sandra Greenbank

    Sandra Greenbank is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and Founder of The Fertility Nutrition Centre with 15 years of experience in supporting those looking to improve their fertility naturally. She has developed an in-depth post-graduate training programme for nutritionists wishing to deepen their knowledge in fertility and pregnancy-specific targeted dietary and lifestyle strategies to improve outcomes.   • Dr. Srividya Seshadri

    Ms. Vidya Seshadri is the Head of Clinical Research and Development, as well as a celebrated fertility consultant, at The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH). Ms. Seshadri has a particular interest in the areas of Recurrent Miscarriage and Endometriosis and works to improve the awareness and management of both of those areas through her work. Ms. Seshadri speaks as an expert regularly on a variety of topics and has most recently been a key part of the Endometriosis Foundation's campaign to raise awareness of the condition. Ms Seshadri looks forward to returning to The Fertility Show and discussing these important topics.

  • Sarah Norcross

    Sarah Norcross is Director of the Progress Educational Trust (PET) and Commissioning Editor of its flagship publication BioNews. Sarah often represents PET in the media nationally (including on the Today programme, BBC News, ITV News, 5 News, Good Morning Britain, Sunday Morning Live) and internationally (including on BBC World News, Mittagsmagazin and Fala Brasil and in Die Welt), as well as in more specialist publications (including Science magazine, the British Medical Journal and Reproductive BioMedicine Online). Sarah is also a Trustee at the British Fertility Society (BFS), Chair of the BFS Special Interest Group on Law, Policy and Ethics, and an External Adviser to the University of Cambridge's Reproduction Strategic Research Initiative. Sarah serves on the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology's Working Group on Add-Ons, on the National Infertility Group convened by the Scottish Government, and on the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority's Patient Organisation Stakeholder Group.

  • Miss Monica Mittal

    Miss Monica Mittal is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and is accredited as a Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She has been a consultant at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust since 2018, at both St Mary’s Hospital and the Wolfson Fertility Centre, Hammersmith Hospital.

  • Dr. Jon Hausken

    Dr. Jon Wegner Hausken – Medical Director and Founder of Klinikk Hausken (KH). He started Klinikk Hausken in 2006 after spending many years as the director of both the IVF and obstetrics unit at Haugesund Hospital in Norway. Through his work, he continues the legacy of his father as an innovator in the field of IVF.

  • Dr. Marta Colodron

    Dr. Colodron trained in Gynecology and Obstetrics at Hospital Clinic in Barcelona and started as a Consultant Ob/Gyn in Reproductive Medicine in 2004 at the Eugin Clinic before moving to BarcelonaIVF Clinic in 2016.

    She has helped more than 5000 families across the world and has participated in congresses and symposiums with lectures about different subjects related to Assisted Reproductive Treatments (ART) in several countries (Spain, France, UK, Maroc, Algerie, Tunis). Dr Colodron has also contributed and and published several studies in scientifics journals always related to ART and endocrinology in Spanish, English and French.

  • Dr. Stuart Lavery

    Mr Stuart Lavery is the Divisional Clinical Director for Women’s Health at UCLH. He works as a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery with a special interest in Fertility Preservation. He is an honorary Associate Professor at UCL and also holds honorary academic positions with Imperial College London, ICRF and the University of Oxford. He was a Founder Director of the Fertility Partnership. He is currently a Founder Director of Aria Fertility in Marylebone. His research interests are fertility preservation and preimplantation genetic testing, and has published over 60 peer reviewed academic articles, and presented both nationally and internationally. He lectures on fertility treatment of the future and the influence of innovation and technology on the sector.

  • Dr. Julija Gorodeckaja

    Julija joined Care fertility in November 2021 as a Deputy Group Medical Director for South Region. She was recently promoted to Group Medical Director and now leads Genomics at Care Fertility. Julija studied at Vilnius University, specialising in obstetrics and gynaecology. Dr. Gorodeckaja completed her MBA in international healthcare management at Frankfurt University. In 2016 Julija took a position at London Women’s clinic as a clinical research fellow and progressed to Consultant in Reproductive medicine. At London Women’s clinic Julija developed a special interest in reproductive genomics and was part of PGT clinical programme led by Prof. Alan Handyside, Mr. Michael Summers, and Dr. Christian Ottolini. Her specialties include Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Genomics.

  • Natalie Gamble

    Natalie is one of the UK’s leading experts in surrogacy, leading UK fertility law firm NGA Law and non-profit surrogacy agency Brilliant Beginnings together with Helen Prosser. She has helped in the creation of more than a thousand families through surrogacy in the UK and overseas and represented the parents in the UK’s first international surrogacy case in 2008. One of the first voices to campaign for surrogacy law reform, she and her team have been involved in most of the court decisions which have shaped UK surrogacy law, and been instrumental in winning positive legal changes including maternity leave for surrogacy in 2015 and equal rights for single parents through surrogacy in 2019. She is also a regular voice on the BBC and in the national and international media.

  • Melanie Brown

    Melanie Brown has an MSc in Nutritional Medicine and over twenty years working in fertility and preconception nutrition. Mel is especially interested in supporting male infertility, and women with low ovarian reserve, endometriosis and PCOS.

  • Dr. Jonathan Ramsay

    Jonathan Ramsay is a Consultant Urologist, who practices in London, exclusively in the field of male fertility.

    Formerly appointed at Hammersmith Hospital (Imperial College Healthcare) and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, he maintains links with Imperial as an HFEA Licence Holder.

    Currently, he advises male patients referred from the Lister Fertility Clinic in London (2500 cycles of treatment per year) and at the Agora Clinic in Brighton.

    Consulting practice involves patients from all over the country, and so Jonathan has great insight into nationwide fertility services and practice. He has set-up the first advanced one-stop male fertility diagnostic centre, aimed at the investigation and treatment especially for couples who have unexplained infertility, and who have failed IVF and ICSI cycles.

    This practice gives considerable insight into patients increasing awareness that the male factor is not surprisingly 50% of the problem, and that therefore men need treatment, not merely more cycles of IVF and ICSI.

    Most recent publications include a review of worldwide practice in varicocele, both relevance and treatment, and about the possible significance of the ‘genital tract microbiome’.

  • Claire Corcoran

    Claire has been a Team Manager with the Adopt Thames Valley RAA since its inception in 2017. She has over 30 years’ experience as a social worker, within which she found her true passion to build and support permanent families through adoption for children who can’t live with their birth families. After qualifying as a social worker in 1992, Claire initially worked at a Family Centre followed by a Children in Care Team. She then moved into Family Placement work, working with foster carers, short break carers for children with disabilities and supported lodgings, before finally moving into an adoption work in 2007. Here she has remained ever since, working first within different Local Authorities and a Voluntary Adoption Agency, and now with the innovative and child-centred Regional Adoption Agency Adopt Thames Valley. Claire says it is a privilege to be part of adoption work.

  • Notafictionalmum

    Notafictionalmum is passionate about opening up much needed, topical conversations. These include honest, truthful insights about infertility and the world of treatment and the UK care system by way of sharing her own teenage experience of foster care and later becoming a mother by way of adoption. Notafictionalmum writes to ensure no mother is left behind and difficult conversations are hacked away at in hope of a more open and aware society. Notafictionalmum survived years of trying to become pregnant both naturally and via treatment. She has lived the pain of longing and the joy of forever since becoming a mum through the power of adoption in 2019. NFM aims to reperesnt the many for whom treament doesn't work and share how love really can make a family.

  • Dr. Alper Eraslan

    Dr. Alper is an Obstetrics & Gynaecology Surgeon with IVF Specialist certification. He joined Dunya IVF in 2019. Previously he was part of the Koc University Hospital in Istanbul Turkey. He received his IVF Specialist certification from the American Hospital in Istanbul. He attended faculty of Medicine in Dokuz Eylul University School of Medicine in Izmir and completed Ob&Gyn Residency in Marmara University Hospital in Istanbul. He was granted a fellowship from ESGO at Klinikum Frankfurt Höhcst, Germany with Prof Volker Mobüs in 2013 and at UZ Leuven, Belgium with Prof Ignace Vergote in 2014. He has good command of English.

  • Dr. Manuel Izquierdo

    Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Salamanca, specialising in Gynaecology and Obstetrics from the Hospital Universitario Fundación Jiménez Díaz. Dr Izquierdo also holds an MSc in Human Reproduction from the Complutense University of Madrid. Dedicated to the field of fertility for more than 25 years, he has developed his profession in different centres, always projecting his vocation of help and service to patients until today. Dr Manuel Izquierdo is part of the IVF-Life group as Director of Medical Quality and Consultant Gynaecologist.

  • Dr. Franciso Anaya Blanes

    Dr. Francisco Anaya Blanes is experienced in the field of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Francisco is a Director of the UR Hospital La Vega, Murcia & Gynecologist of the Reproduction Unit of Clinica Vistahermosa. As a Medical Doctor, he graduated from the University of Valencia with a specialist degree in Gynecology and Obstetrics (MIR) at the Hospital Clínico de Granada and a Master's degree in Breast Pathology and Senology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

  • Dr. Uliana Dorofeyeva

    Dr Uliana Dorofeyeva started her professional career in coordinating the first international cooperation in Ukraine, based on the import of sperm and the export of embryos. This has developed into numerous international partnerships and is gaining recognition worldwide. Dr Uliana studied medicine in Lviv National Medical University and has practiced in such countries as Ireland, Israel and Great Britain. She has over 12 years of experience in the IVF field, and has performed over 3000 IVF treatment cycles for patients from 32 different countries.

  • Barbara Scott

    Barbara Scott is Chair of The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, founder of Seren Natural Fertility and author of Reflexology for Fertility, published in 2016. Alongside her own busy clinics, she also trains practitioners in providing this integrative, approach to fertility and reproductive healthcare and well-being. The ARR (Association of Reproductive Reflexologists) has trained practitioners globally, from Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe and most areas of the UK and Ireland. Her expertise and passion is in advocating a patient-centred and integrative approach to supporting both men and women on their journey to parenthood.

  • Sarah Clark

    Sarah is the founder of the Hong Tao Clinic and is a fertility specialist with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. Over the past 14 years she has made hundreds of happy healthy babies thanks to her comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans that identify and treat the root causes of why a couple isn’t conceiving or maintaining viable pregnancies. Sarah believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to naturally conceive a child and her full and natural treatment solution means that more couples can go on to create their dream families.

  • Asif Muneer

    Professor Asif Muneer is a Professor of Urology and Surgical Andrology and a Consultant Urological Surgeon. He is an expert in the field of andrology including male infertility, erectile dysfunction, penile prosthesis surgery, vasectomy reversal, surgical sperm retrieval, genital cancers and Peyronie’s disease. Professor Muneer has also published over 200 peer reviewed papers in the field of urology and also edited 7 books including Atlas of Male Genitourethral Surgery and Textbook of Penile Cancer. Professor Muneer has received a number of awards and fellowships including the Harold Hopkins Golden Telescope from the British Association of Urological Surgeons, Keith Yeates Gold Medal from the Intercollegiate Royal College board. He is the Chair of the Andrology SIG at the British Fertility Society and past Honorary Secretary of the British Association of Urological Surgeons and past President of the British Society for Sexual Medicine. He regularly lectures and teaches both nationally and internationally.

    Doctor Christina Norrbom, PhD. MD, is medical consultant in Gynecology and Obstetrics from Copenhagen University in 2003.Christina has many years of experience within fertility treatment and is soon to be medical director at Trianglen Fertility Clinic.

    Professor Geeta Nargund, Medical Director

    Professor Geeta Nargund is the Founder and Medical Director of CREATE Fertility, the UK’s leading Mild and Natural IVF Specialists, as well as abc ivf, who offer affordable IVF packages. She is also a Senior Consultant Gynaecologist and Lead Consultant for Reproductive Medicine Services at St George’s Hospital.

    Professor Nargund is a pioneer in the field of Mild and Natural IVF and Advanced Ultrasound Technology in Reproductive Medicine and has published more than 60 peer-reviewed scientific papers including abstracts and also several book chapters in the field of reproductive medicine. She is also an accredited trainer for infertility and gynaecological ultrasound modules at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) London and the British Fertility Society (BFS).

  • Angela Pericleous-Smith

    Angela is Chair of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA), counsellor representative for British Fertility Society (BFS) and a Trustee for Fertility Network UK (FNUK) Angela has specialised in fertility counselling within the NHS and private practice since 2004, offering counselling to those experiencing infertility, secondary infertility and those who are involuntarily childless.

    Angela is driven to improve professional standards in fertility counselling; the psychological support, provision and accessibility of information and fair treatment for patients.

  • Dr. Alpesh Doshi

    Alpesh is a consultant Clinical Embryologist and a co-founder of IVF London. He is also a co-founder and director of the Embryology and PGD Academy. Prior to that, Alpesh was the Director of Embryology at CRGH for 19 years and was pivotal in optimising the success rates. He is a world renowned expert in the biopsy of human embryos for genetic testing. He has been an invited speaker in many international conferences and workshops as well as several Health chat shows on television including Zee TV and ITV’s This morning. Alpesh has a special interest in fertility preservation, preimplantation genetic diagnosis and genome editing of embryos.

  • Nina Barnsley

    DC Network They say it takes a village to raise children. Well, sometimes it takes a village to help you even contemplate that journey. For those considering egg, sperm or embryo donation, or raising a family after donor conception, we know that is especially true. That is precisely why our charity was founded nearly 30 years ago. To break the isolation felt by so many who were navigating donor conception issues. We publish books for parents and children and run a range of workshops focussed on donor conception. The main way we create our village is through a membership subscription. Nina and the DCN team, along with dedicated volunteers, offer personal, tailored support and connections both in-person and online.   • Dr. Yau Thum

    Dr Yau Thum is a Fertility Specialist at the Lister Fertility Clinic. He joined the clinic in 2002, having previously worked as a Research Fellow at assisted conception units at King's College and St George's Hospitals, London. Dr Thum continued his research in reproductive immunology, which includes natural killer cells, recurrent failed implantation after IVF treatment and recurrent miscarriage of immunological origins. He has also published widely on his research in reproductive immunology, women with elevated FSH and IVF treatment in conjunction with egg-sharing.

  • Andrew Coutts

    Andrew Coutts is one of the world’s leading experts on cross border reproduction. He established the International Fertility Company (IFC) in 2017 to provide information and support to anyone considering travelling for fertility treatment and was the author of the 2020 Fertility Travel Survey, the largest study of its kind. IFC now works in 26 countries. Andrew is a PhD researcher at the Centre for Reproduction Research at the De Montfort University in Leicester and is a regular speaker at international events.

  • Anya Sizer

    Anya is the workplace co-ordinator for the Fertility Network UK and has over fifteen years of experience within the Fertility sector including seven overseeing patient care at the London Women’s clinic Harley Street. Author of the book Fertile thinking and co-creator of two courses for people experiencing infertility She is often in the media as a champion for the patient perspective on facing Infertility and is currently busy lobbying MPs and speaking in Parliament regarding Fair provision of IVF for all . She has worked for three MP, most recently as senior office staff for David Lammy MP as well as being The Speaker for London Borough of Hackney and a local councillor for Hoxton east and Shoreditch. She has two children from IVF one from adoption and is a Champion for both the Saying Goodbye and Home for good charities.

  • Ana Billenness

    Description goes hereAna qualified as a social worker in 1999 and has since worked for Local Authorities with children and families as well as in fostering teams both in Local Authority and in Independent Fostering Agencies. In 2017, she started to work in adoption which is a field she is very passionate about. Ana has been able to see the difference a stable and loving family can make to a child’s life. In January 23, Ana joined PACT as an adoption Team Manager.

  • Ruth (Lived Adoption Experience)

    Ruth and her husband adopted their daughter with PACT in 2018. Prior to that, they did multiple IVF cycles which either ended in negatives or miscarriage. After a major rethink of what having a child looked like to them, they concluded that a family, not DNA is what was most important to them. They got an information pack from the PACT stall at the fertility show in 2015 and made a call to book into an event and haven’t looked back since. Ruth now works as an enquiries officer for PACT which she finds extremely rewarding.

    Berlin-based writer Seetal Savla (@savlafaire), who grew up in Leicester, began sharing the story of her fertility issues in a blog post on Mother’s Day 2019. Since then, she has continued on her mission to crack open the conversation around IVF, donor conception and miscarriage, especially within the South Asian community.
