The Fertility Show takes place in Olympia Upper West Hall. There is a dedicated entrance for the 'West Hall' situated on Blythe Rd. 

GETTING THERE

By train
Kensington Olympia is served by London Overground and Southern trains with direct services from Clapham Junction, Balham, East Croydon, Shepherd’s Bush, Watford Junction, Milton Keynes Central, Willesden Junction, West Hampstead and Stratford.

By tube
Kensington Olympia is just one stop on the Overground from Underground stations Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) or West Brompton (District line).

By bus
Olympia is served by routes 9, 9a, 10, 27, 28, 49 & 391. All stop within easy walking distance.

By taxi or car
Olympia is easily accessible from Central London and the West End. Parking is available in local car parks or, if you’re lucky, in pay and display zones in surrounding residential streets. Olympia Exhibition Centre is outside the congestion charge zone.

General admission tickets to the Show do not include tickets to the live seminars or wellbeing workshops, these can be booked on Eventbrite for £4 once they are released. Your general admission ticket will give you access to the recordings of the seminars to watch after your visit.

Due to the sensitivity of the Show, babies and children under 16 are not permitted to attend.

You must still have a general admission ticket to The Fertility Show even if you have booked a consultation with one of the clinics. If the clinic has stated you’ll get free entry, please speak directly with them.

All general admission ticket holders will get access to the audio recordings of the seminar talks. Nearer the time, you’ll receive an email from Contrast with details of how to access. Recordings will be available from Tuesday 27th May 2025.

Your e-tickets can be accessed via the Eventbrite app/website, you will receive a link in your order confirmation email with access. Please note tickets will no longer be attached as a PDF to your email. If you do not have access to your tickets or lose your booking confirmation please contact us at info@fertilityshow.co.uk

To attend the seminars and have the chance to ask your questions to the experts, you must purchase seminar tickets - these can booked via the ticket info page. View the timetable here. Your general admission ticket will also give you access to all of the recordings of the seminar talks after the Show.

To speak with one of our nurses or counsellors in our Fertility Support Hub, you must book an appointment on the day. These appointments are free and available on a first come, first served basis. Afternoon appointments can be booked after 1pm.

Workshops can be booked via the ticket info page. View the timetable here. We recommend booking in advance as spaces for these workshops are limited. Tickets may be available to book on the day, subject to availability. Note: these won't be available as recordings.

Yes the Let's all Talk Fertility Lounge is free to attend and seats are available on a first come, first served basis.

If you're unable to attend the live show, then you can purchase a digital only ticket which will give you online access to all seminar recordings from the Show. Access will be from Tuesday 27th May 2025 until the end of July.

Wheelchair access and accessible parking is available at Olympia London. Assistance dogs are welcome. 

If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us on info@fertilityshow.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to The Fertility Show. Please email info@fertilityshow.co.uk to arrange your carer ticket. Please bring proof of eligibility with you to show on arrival such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter.

If you book your tickets in advance, and your circumstances change before 17th April 2025, we will offer you a refund. No questions asked. After this time, we are unable to offer refunds. Contact us on info@fertilityshow.co.uk with your order number and request.
